In order to plan a prefect party for you, please kindly be reminded on the followings:

1. Adequate time should be allowed for our preparation. We suggest parents should contact us and reserve our team at least one month in advance to the proposed party date.
2. Our standard package includeds one visit to party venue with parents to go though the party details, which can provide an excellent opportunity for us to have a better understanding of your needs and concerns. Therefore, it would be better to have the site visit at your earliest convenient to facilitate our party planning.
3. Outdoor party is beyond our standard package, please contact us for details.
4. Tips on time management for venue booking:
   • For perfect setting and decoration, we need two hours (minimum) prior to party to set up. Please book extra hours of the venue, or discuss with the venue manager.
   • First 20 to 30 minutes for kids to warm up, to enjoy the play equipments we provided, and of course, the food.
   • show and/or activities followed by cake-cutting ceremony is about one hour.
   • Group photo taking during/after cake-cutting ceremony normally takes 10 minutes.
   • Another 15 to 20 minutes for guests to enjoy the cake, release of goodies bags and to say goodbye.
   • Total estimated time: 2 hours for set up and minimum 1.5 hours for party.
