Please Read:

  1. A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation and shall be paid 30 days prior to the party. You may pay by cheque (pay to V & M Limited), or transfer to our HSBC account 112-198-635-838. The deposit is applied to the party price and fully or partially refundable if cancelled three weeks before the event date, depends on the cancellation date. Parties may be rescheduled for one time only with 3 weeks advance notification prior to the event. A handling fee of $500 will be applied for rescheduling.
  2. Parents or Caregivers should supervise children at all times
  3. Outdoor party are not included in our standard packages.
  4. Please book extra hours of venue for decoration and setup. Additional 2 hours (minimum) is required for venue less than 1200 square feet/110 square meters. If setup time is less than 2 hours, a surcharge of $500 and up will be applied. For venue exceeds 1200 square feet/110 square meters, additional time is required for decoration, and surcharge of $500 and up will be applied for additional manpower and supplies.
  5. Surcharges are held to followings: a) Less than 1 month confirmation of order, b) Logistics and Parking surcharge of $100 - $250 will be imposed for service outside Eastern Kowloon Peninsula; surcharge of ranging from $300 to $650 will be imposed for service in Hong Kong Island, New Territories (excluding outlaying islands)
  6. Helium balloon sets provided in the package are for decorative purpose only; foil helium balloon will be charged if taken away by guests without prior agreement with Party Bus. Rates are set out as follows: 18” heart/star/round shaped/ themed/character round shaped $30 each; Unlicensed themed supershape:$60; Licensed character supershape $70 each; themed/ character Jumbo size $85 each; Airwalker $180 each
  7. If play and decoration equipments are damaged by vandalism during the party, additional charges will be applied, depends on the value and degree of damage of such equipments.
  8. Photo-taking, shooting & interview taken during the party which may be used for our marketing purpose.
  9. We reserve the right to change all the benefits and rules of the party without prior notice
